I'm still new but I think if you are ready you should go to 12/12 .... 18/6 is still more of a vegetarian just not as hard as 24/7 .... but like I said I am new

If your trying to flower then you need to give the plants a dark period at least 12 hours uninterrupted...

With the lights set to 18/6 your plants will continue to veg.

Some plants can show preflowers in veg before switching to 12/12.

But you will need to set them to 12/12 to get things going.
Considering their not autos

Go to flower on a 12/12 if your ready. They will stretch and you may not see buds for 2-3 weeks. Not to worry, your in good shape.
