Small CFL grow about to start 12/12

This is my attempted CFL grow...I plan on going 12/12 within a day or so due to time contrants.
-Scotts Soil
-4 CFL 26w bulbs, just havent added more yet.
-MG veg nutrient 24-8-16 (all I could get my hands on)
-Temps ranging from 70-80 degree
-Humidity in the 50-60% range
-pH 6.5-6.8 range (crappy ph test strips.)

These were geminated on 4/7/09 making them around 19 days old as of right now.

Yah, My plan is to replace my 6500 spectrum bulbs with some of the 2700k and get alot more in there...just need to go buy some...A couple of quick questions:

- Do you guys think that these pots will be big enough through flower w/o transplant?
`if so then I might veg a little bit longer to make it worth my time

- What are some decent flowering nutes are available at lowes/ home depot that I should be on the lookout for?

- And, I'm thinking about topping..Would this be worth my time with plants this size, or not even worth it?

you'll need to translant them ...that's for sure.
My sugestion is LST , better then to cut and stress. No need for additional stress .
I cut them only for cloning ... but even then not to much.
About the nutes ... dont know ..im from europe so.... HESI , gualong ...plantella....

-Around day 23,
No problems so far; I started 12/12 about 3 days ago...hopefully see signs of sex soon.

-I have a couple questions: I want to take some clones, but would it be worth it?

-Still haven't decided if I want to LST, or top them...it might be too late to top..not sure I need to do some more reading.
