Smell ventilation?

Im having a problem with a really smelly weed exodus cheese . I have got a 6 inch rhino filter with the tt 6 inch fan in my dry room but the smell has raised my neighboor into knocking my door about the smell.

would it be a good idea to put another rhino 6 inch filter on the outtake so the fan is sucking air threw the first filter then pumping the smelly air into another rhino filter attached to the end of the ducting ?

Fortunately I need to use a carbon filter but from reading here it appears when working properly and sized right
they eliminate the odor. Perhaps your carbon is no longer effective or maybe the filter is too small.
Ona gel is suppose to work well at covering it up.
