Any Recommendations on How To Increase Levels of THC ??

Welcome to the group. Interesting question that does come up regularly. A question or two for you include are you already growing or have grown a plant? How did it do? Run into any problems?
Most important thing is to let the buds and flowers go all the way through till they are mature. Some people want to harvest early, often a week or two or three before the flowers are ripe. If the flowers are not ripe then a good chance the plant has not reached anywhere near the max level of THC.
Take care of the root system. Poor quality soil is sure to cut down on both the quality (THC, smells, taste if smoked, etc) and the quantity of the harvest. Stick with good soil mixes if buying them or use decent ingredients if mixing your own. If growing in a hydroponic style of set-up then you will have to be able to control everything related to to the water. And still have to grow in a decent mix of media which can physically support the roots and also allow for a good flow of nutrient enriched water to flow over the root mass.
Take care of the leafs up on top. You did not mention if you are asking about indoor growing. If so, then lots of light, or a good quality light. The best is a lot of quality lighting. Outside then the plant or plants have to be a in an area where they can get 6-8 hours per day of direct sunlight. That is pretty much minimum for a decent quality and quantity harvest.
