Try trimming off all the large fan leaves on harvest day. Then let the plants hang, this will shorten your hang dry time significantly to say 4-5 days.
If you want a 3 day dry time, try bud washing after you take off all the fans and cut branches and hang them up to dry. Can even cut them down to your tumbler size and dry like that. 2-3 day dry time doing the washing. You flower will be very nice. Bud washing has become my SOP even tho I resisted doing it for a while but now I always do it.
