Transplant question RDWC

I popped 3 bag seeds to do a trial run in RDWC. I want to put seedlings and growton cubes in 4" net pots and small dwc (coffee cans) Can i put them in 10" net cups for my 5gal pails still in 4" cups?

That sounds kinda of tricky, putting a 4" net pot full of roots, into a 10" net pot. Maybe cut a hole in the bottom of the 10" pot, a little smaller the diameter of the bottom of the 4" net pot, and set it in the bottom of the 10" net pot to let the roots from the 4" net pot continue to grow in the 5 gallon bucket. Does that make sense?? Hope that helps.
