Transplanting during flower stage?

OK, here is the story. I cloned a bunch of plants (about 20, mostly Diablo Kush and a few LSD), after they rooted I transplanted them into 6" pots and put them outside to veg to save on the electric bill (the plan being to veg outside and just keep my tents in a perpetual 12/12 cycle for flowering). It worked great! They are beautiful specimens about 18" to 24" tall, tied down horizontally so I can fit them under the scrog net. Here is the problem; they have started to bloom (about a week or two ago I think) and are still in 6" pots! I had intended to repot to 3 gal pots (indoor soil grow, by the way) and move them inside before they started blooming. What should I do?? Should I try to repot them now or leave them in 6" pots? They seem to be growing quite vigorously still. I have included a few pics so that you can see their stage of development. I would have thought that at this time of year the days would be long enough to keep them vegging here in Southern California. Thoughts anyone?

Pot them up to 2 or3 gallon containers and plant them high so the stem isn't buried then move them to your flowering room. Root growth doesn't stop during flowering.
