Two Town of Lisbon men and a Milwaukee man have been ordered to appear in Waukesha County Circuit Court next month to face charges of dealing marijuana. An undercover operation by the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit led to the three men after a series of drug buys over a four-month period earlier this year.
Michael D. Drljaca, 20, N82 W25860 Fairview Lane, was charged with five felony counts of delivery of marijuana and David Kleist, 20, N68 W26573 Wilderness Way, was charged with one felony count of delivery of marijuana. George McNeice, 23, of Milwaukee was charged with five felony counts of conspiracy to deliver marijuana and two felony counts of delivery of marijuana. The men were charged Sept. 27.
According to the criminal complaint: The Metro Drug Unit was informed Kleist was selling marijuana. On Feb. 10, Kleist sold 25.5 grams of marijuana to a confidential source, who turned it over to authorities.
On Feb. 23, an agent and a source met Drljaca in a parking lot in the Village of Pewaukee and purchased 235 grams of the drug.
Drljaca and agents met three more times and he sold more than 400 grams of marijuana. The drug buys all occurred in the Village of Sussex.
Kleist was arrested in June and informed police he had been purchasing marijuana from Drljaca over the last eight months.
Kleist said he bought one ounce of the drug every week or two for about $325.
Drljaca informed police he had been purchasing about a pound or half pound of marijuana from McNeice since November of 2004.
Drljaca said he sold the drug to four people, one being the agent.
Using a confidential source, McNeice sold marijuana on the premise that the source was going to resell the drug.
McNeice said his supplier was a Waukesha man. The man has not been charged.
All three men are scheduled to make their initial appearances in court Oct. 10.
