Uploading photos using iPad problem

I click 420 entertainment and choose and choose 420 gallery- cannabis pictures from the drop down menu. I then click on upload photos and choose member galleries, select a photo from my library and do an upload. All good but should not this newly uploaded photo also appear in my photo album? It doesn't. When I click the my album tab next to the upload photo tab I get Sorry, Personal Albums are not enabled. When I try to attach a photo in a post, I only find photos that I uploaded about two years ago. Appreciate any guidance.

Thank you teddy. Totally on me. A kind member here ponted out the error of my ways and got me on the right track.
