Veg to budding back to veg?

ok if i want to know the sex quick if i have read and heard correct is it possible to grow them like 2 week change it to 12/12 see the sex of the plant kill the males and then put it back to veg so it will grow more.i heard it might put it in shock maybe but that is ok...

and another question u think it is straight room to bud out 2 medium plants about 31/2 foot tall in about a 4 gallon bucket
