Water Test Result: should I add Cal/Mag to my nutes? PH high?

Hi folks, first time grower here.

Growing in Coco/Perlite mix.
Hand watering.
NPK Raw All in One Grow / Bloom nutes.
Fox Farm's Cal/Mag (1-0-0) 5ml per Gallon = Full Dose.

So I have some test results here, but I have no idea really what I'm looking at, and what may be too high or not.

I get about 250ppm which I hear is a tad high.

I'm assuming Calcium and Magnesium are high in my water. People say it's "hard" where I live and that's because of all the dolomite and other rocks I know nothing about.

So, should I be adding in the Cal/Mag at all to my nutes? Or maybe go at half, or quarter strength?

Also, my PH looks high.

So, do I need to PH down my tap? Otherwise, my stuff just won't grow in simply just Coco coir and perlite?

I've had to scrap my last batch, which looked fine, but I started feeding it too often, and too high a PPM with my nutes and calmag.

Hmm... I used my meter and am getting readings from a faucet with a filter on it.

Coming out at 40ppm.

Now I wonder what that 40ppm could be?

Either way, I guess I'll just use 40ppm water, full str cal/mag to get it to about 280-290ppm, then rest nutes I suppose...
