Watering question

Hi!

I use promix HP and did a flush 2 days ago to prevent what I thought may be a lockout. Turns out it is likely a deficiency.

I am wondering if I should just hit it with some nutrients, while it’s still wet? Or wait until it’s dry like normal.

I want to give nutrients. But I’m concerned I’ll get root rot for keeping the medium wet for 6 days. And because calcium deficiency weakens the root system, leaving it vulnerable to root rot.

I’d love some feedback!!

I would wait until it dries out you don't want to overload it with water. When its dry add your nutes and continue on like normal

Unfortunately I ended up watering anyways. I’m in promix hp in smart pots. So I figured what the hell.

I’m in week 4 Flower. So it’s a critical time for nutrients.

I hope one extra water won’t be my downfall

you should be fine I grew in pro mix with smart pots in my last grow and even when I really soaked them they needed water 3 days later

I hope so! I’m getting all stressed out about it! They normally dry out in 4 days. I plain watered two days ago. Now it will be 4 more wet days. So 6 days total of being wet.
