Whats my problem

I am three weeks into flowering & I have a few problems. First I don't know why I have such slow bud development. Second I have these white blemishes all over my leaves. In the blemishes are tiny black dots, then the leaves turn yellowish or brown or dead green & then die. Is this a pest problem or over feterlizing possiably a nute deficiency. Please help me with a soultion to my problems. If you need more info about my grow, to help u diagnose my plants let me know. Thaks to all who can help

It looks like Iron, and Magnesium possibly. Your bud development doesn't seem that bad, most strains don't show flowering signs until the 2nd week of flower, and you're only at week 3...

If this is not a Cal/Mag deficiency, then it could possibly be thrips. Are the black dots moving??

Powdery Mildew:

"During the winter the fungus survives on infected plant parts and in debris such as fallen leaves. It may produce resting structures known as cleistothecia, which resist harsh winter conditions. These will appear as small black dots within the white powdery patches."

From the Cornell University Plant Disease Diagnostic Clinic. No clue if it's what you have, but that was the best info I could find in the small amount of time I had.
