Which LED is worth getting?

So I been looking into these LED for a short period of time. I've good and bad but im still confused?? I cant figgure out which is worth getting can anyone help a confused grower?

I was kind've thinking of grabbing one from Penetrator LED since its a active member and it seems too be worth my dollars.......

Please help...... give me some advice..... or hell just say do it or dont lol!!
