Which nutes?

I have an alien og outdoors with 14 hrs and 56 min of daylight it's starting to flower I also have grape ape skunk and another og that are showing signs of flowering but not to the extent of the alien og. At what point should I switch to bloom nutrients?

Now or when u see the white hairs on the tops start with quarter strength and work your way up to three quarter
