Wondering in Illinois

I was wondering, given that the State of Illinois does not have any medical marijuana laws, if a citizen of such a State could obtain a prescription from another State that allows scripts?
If this is a possibility and that person left the State not allowing Medical marijuana use... for a vacation and used marijuana in the State allowing it's use; would that person be subject to loss of freedoms if drug tested within the disallowing State upon their return?

Holland, Jamaica, and parts of Canada make it very easy to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and a few hits of weed while on vacation. If you come back to work, and your company use's random drug tests, your crap out of luck (medical or not). Some companies have a problem if you smoke a good tabacco cigar, and will get rid of you if tabacco shows up in a urine sample. Consider yourself fore warned, and just find a better paying job, before it becomes a problem, and your out of work. You could fight it, but there is no point, unless they plan on keeping your 401k or pension plan from you (both which are being phased out of most company benefits anyway)

Most companies now only use a drug test for pre-employment, or if you show up to work high...same thing if you show up to work drunk.
