Def got probs man.What sort of nutes are you using?Some require lower ph values than others to work.Temp is also important as this can determin if your nutes are being used to potential.As for the rust spots almost any sulpher based fungicide should deal with it.You can give your plants a better immunity to fungus related problems by using potassium silicate.I use one called barricade by Advanced nutes.Potassium silicate will also give your plants a higher tolerance to temps and over/under watering.Hope this helps,with a little more info,might be able to get a little more exact.

crush some egg shells and leave them siting in the water like for 2 days then water your plants with it
