Are seeds of a feminized seed likely to be female?

This is an auto-flower ferminized seed which laid out some seed on its own.. without being near a male plant. So are these child seeds again ferminzed ?

Yes, they were probably produced by staminate flowers aka "nanners" which contained "feminized" pollen.
