Trying to save a lady in scrog 5-8-12

There is one lady ready to die and another showing stress. the other 3 look fin and healthy.

To try and fix. I took the top 2 top feed layer of soil back off and dug the top of the soil
up a little to airate.

Leaving it open to air for a day then I will put 2 of just perlite with a little soil.
I will water tomorrow a little then feed a few days after that.
