First grow 5 weeks old . Healthy or no ?

So I have no idea if it\'s male or female or both .they look healthy one second then almost dead like in the pictures five min after turning light off . The leafs used to stay up in the dark now they hang way to low for comfort so I keep turning the light back on before the 6 hours of darkness is up . What do Yall think . Male or female if u can tell and does it look healthy.
