I've strung the SCROG up today

I use regular string, not elastic

I made the frame myself using tubing & corner elbows I bought online - borrowed a mate's workshop to drill the holes on the side tubes every ten cm

Once I've got the small plants into the main tent I string up the frame - then as the plants growni use the frame to train the plants to grow wide & low

Once they have spread out evenly I will flip em to 12/12

I'm using 6/2 cycle for veg btw
