Preflower or not

I\'m a first timer and would like to know if my plants are in pre flower stage?
All seeds all femenized stock
The first 3-4 are CBD Crew Yummy- Sativa
the next 3-4 are Juanita la Lagrimosa 75-Sativa/ 25 I
the last are Pennywise.
