nobody answered the original posters question..I'd like it too... I'm in LA: what does a Dr give you? a card or a recommendation? and then do you need to get something else to go to a clinic? and if so, how much does it cost?

hi, I'm in LA. if I get a card, can I go to any clinic in CA? also, is there any fee for the card aside from what the Dr. charges? also, if you can recommend any local dr's and clinics, I'd appreciate: I'm on the west side, but can go as east as los feliz too
