Hello all, Does anyone have specific insight into the cause and cure for circular leaf curl?

I have the same situation with afghan kush plants and I have been giving them epsom salts for the last three days. not much difference noticed. perhaps cal mg and correcting water PH will help but I'm open to other suggestions.
