Cool white is better for vegging, while warm/soft white are better for flowering. I use these 42 watt twists for lower lighting.

I was just wonderin. What is more common Indica or Sativa? I usually just use some seeds from the best bag i bought, with seeds in it. I cant really tell if they are indica or sativa. alteredego
