So I've noticed that my leaves are getting curly and crisping up at the end. Does anyone have any idea of what my plants need to be happy again? First time grower and I've just switched over to flowering

One of my four plants has developed these lumps at the base of the nodes. I'm concerned it's a male but it doesn't look like the "football" I've been warned about. All plants are the same strain/batch and this dude is the only one to show like this. Anyone care to enlighten me?
