Will a 32w (150w) 2700k CFL bulb work for 1 seedling? :hmmm:

Okay, so i'm doing a grow for the first time (outdoor auto's), and was wondering if it would be a bad idea to germinate and plant my seeds while it's cloudy outside. It will be cloudy for at least a week, and temperatures will drop to 57 degrees. :scratchinghead:
