Has anyone evoked their protection under California's right to legislative supremacy of all matters not granted to the Federal Gov't, per the Xth Ammendment, specifically MMJ/Prop 215, to fight their arrest under Fed law? Just wondering.... (Jeez, I must be stoned ... :smokin: )
