HEY FAM....11th State UPDATE: Had to cancel yeterday's appt (02-07-12) booohooo sorry guys was gonna thread what I could from the appt...but til next week 14 feb....Also, I rec'd an unusual e-mail regarding 11th State...A woman told me that she went in Dec 2 (2011) and is still waiting to hear...

I am 100% disabled but.... that figures, Dr Zayas is my current neurologist I was referred to him thru my other neurologist Dr Brennan (west bay ortho warwick) when he refused to issue me the card or sign for the form (isn't that refusing medical tx??)....Dr Zayas no longer signs the MM form...

Glad to finally be among THE ELITE I want to thank wingmanfourtwenty for this magnificent opportunity...I am looking forward to a most harmonious relationship... as a newbie my cultivational skills and my knowledge in this field is null but not void I am a voracious reader and absorb fairly well...
