Just found a LOT of those guys in my run off water (in the tray) and i wonder if they are good or bad guys. Sorry this is the best i can do for now in term of pictures: i dont think they have more than 3 legs, i dont see them anywhere on the plant.

Agree, i will run just one in my next grow. It has some disadvantages too but more advantages than disadvantages in my opinion.
