So I took your advice and moved the light higher, the plants seem to be thriving now, I had to repot again as had a root trying to escape the bottom of the pot again so there now in 11L pots, everything looks good apart from the leaf in the last picture its growing kind of strange the thin leaf...

That may be quite a good possibility, I had the plants in solo cups but noticed the tap root was about to grow out of one of the drainage hole, so I repotted into a bigger pot which moved it up closer to the light around 4 inches away, I didnt think this would matter as they only have a 50w cob...
