Yeah, I agree it looks like lockout to me. I'm going to test her water again today once I get a new pen. I have been adding 2ml of CalMag per litre to my mix as well. I thought since I was using distilled water that I would need to. Perhaps adding the CalMag is what is causing the issue?

Here is a snap of the roots. No smell at all. Smells faintly like nutes. Water is clear, roots look white ish and slightly stained from nutes. Healthy otherwise, I think?

I should also mention that the damage shown happens rapidly. She looked flawless less than 48hrs ago.
