Re: 3 week flowering clones. When doing seeds i stay with a 12/12 still takes them 3-4 weeks to go into flowering. I suspect the same thing will happen with clones, you can place them in flowering scheldule but they will have to go thru a veg state for a while before they flower I do believe.
