How close to your light are they? And what kind of light is it? It looks like the heat from the light is burning the top of your plant, you may be too close.
Grafting simply allows one plant to life and feed off of another, it doesn't change the characteristics of either plant. If you were able to graft hopps to MJ the hopps wouldn't produce THC, it would just be normal, everyday, hopps.

It does help, but you shouldn't determine if it is time to harvest by looking at the hairs, you should be looking at the trichnomes (crystals). This has been covered in depth, i'm sure you can find a tread that explains when to harvest.

You can "double bud" the plant. Put it back in vegative growth for a couple weeks then back to flower. Clip all the remaining buds first if they are ripe.

Dealer's choice. As long as they have water and nutes it shouldn't really matter. They are going to continue to grow regardless, just make sure the light isn't going to burn them.
I don't see how you could hang a light mover from bungies. I have built a support frame up from the floor in the past, that should work. If you had a picture it wouldn't hurt.
