Yes....small containers come with challenges. You can get more "punch" at the end by using larger pots, foliar feeding and Super Drenches. People who are timid with foliars and Super Drenches and are using small pots or fabric pots will notice it more than others.
Yep! 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup......or something along those lines.....equal parts baking soda and lemon juice for the wash in a 5 gallon bucket. You really can't mess up. Just wash it clean in the final bucket, no matter what ratio you use.

It will certainly be an improvement, especially if you use calcium carbonate and not oyster shell. Of course, you could always just buy High Brix amendment or a large bag of Roots! and nothing more and do better than 6/5/3. :cool:
