Setup: 400 Hps light and shade, 3 gallon fabric pot, watering everytime the top inch of soil is dry, giving nutrients every feed or so. Ome DAY I wake up and the plant looks like this and it looks fine (apart from the yellowing but I think that's nutrient defficiency I need to take care of)...

Thanks guys! Really appreciate the feedback. So I've moved the light further away from the plant and I've bought just a small oscillating fan (as I can't afford any big fancy ducting and venting system).

I havent got any money to buy anything to check the temperature and humidity of the grow space? Any advice on what I should do?
