I would add some some good compost and use some megacrop fertilizer,you can use it in hydro or soil. https://greenleafnutrients.com/product/mega-crop/ This grow uses a combination of compost and hydro with fish.

I got the 3 vero29 7g 3500k and at 225 watts total.I was very satisfied with quality and service. I also pick up some Growmau5 pucs and put them all in the flower room.

Loose the reflectors, and lower your lights. The light has a better spread and can work closer to the canopy. Reflectors can cause hot spots.

My 1st seed just pop up at day 4 in rock-wool. I'm using a seed heat mat that keeps the seeds at 76 degrees and ph-ing the rock-wool at 5.5. I don't like transferring the seed from a paper towel to the medium of choice, because of a possible damaged tap root .

Sand on top will help, but gnats can enter tru the drain holes àt the bottom of your pot. Mesquito dunks are simple and work.

Crumble one Mesquito dunk and sprinkle on top of the soil. In 3 to 4 weeks your problem will gone. It doesn't take much for it to work, a fourth of a dunk should do it.

If you are going to try another fertilizer, check out MaxiBloom from GH. You can use it in veg and flower, plus it has all the macro nutrients, including calmag in it. It also comes in powder form and can be used in hydro, soil-less and soil.

If it's not done to exact spec, it'll cost you your plants, that will happen with almost anything you use if you don't follows the specs. The chemical in avid and forbid are used on different crops that we eat daily. I've never had problems with them affecting my plants, but you should do...

Avid and forbid 4f in veg only, not in flower. They are very effective and you can find them on ebay at reasonable price. Mightywash kills on contact and can be used in flower and kills the mites and eggs. :volcano-smiley:
