I moved to a hot climate and my tent got around 90 at times its fine but not ideal. Make sure you have some oscillating fans and open the tent up a couple times a day if you cant help it

You could cut off the worse ones and spray the others with a couple drops of soap and peroxide ,see if that helps.

When i used cfls they where 1500lumens and i used 6 for 3 plants and i had a t5 in there , cud throw in a couple more bulbs per plant. i think 3s good for 1 or two plants

i agree with a week or two, let those new tops grow a little itll be way more worth it! id cut anything below that pot line barely getting light
