ive hot knifed oil and its harsh on your lungs

are you useing the stalk aswell? if you are that could be the trouble. i dry my leaf or bud bone dry then push it through a fine steel sieve to remove any stalk and its always so golden. hope you crack it as the golder the better

iused 8 o of leaf and 4lb of butter and i agree you need to make a decent amount

tryd this last night and much prefere it to making it with water. no diff in end result and saves loads of time for us impatients. thanks for the method
