i don't know what you'll get, but if those were mine, i'd supercrop then tie down those main colas so i'd have an even canopy, then lower the lights 6-8", and get rid of all that fluff at the bottom- at least the bottom 4-5". then they'll yield about 2.5-3 oz of dried primo bud- each!

ya need to flush your soil/ container with 1/4 strength solution of nute and good water( rainwater or reverse osmosis). the rule of thumb is to slowly flush with twice the volum,e of water. so if you have a 5 gallon pot, flush with 10 gals of water. imo soil testers are crap. your better off...

greenhouse seed co recently came out with their own line of nutes that are specifically tailored to indica, sativa and mix. not sure how much is science and how much is a marketing ploy. might be worth a look.
i do individual 5 gal bucket dwc and change out nute solution every 3 weeks and after the transition week between veg and flower. during the change out, i flush for about 30 mins in a bucket with 1/4 strength solution just to rinse the roots of any salt built up.
