I think I've got pre flowering going on... cuz im starting to see the little white pistil hairs forming...

After turning my grow lights off and seeing thru my " Rose colored glasses" so to speak, I did notice some very yellow tips on my fan leaves, I've only been giving her water since then but I'm still worried that more damage may occur cuz my setup is not mobile and does not allow for me to take...
