Be prepared that collecting seeds from a whole plant is a royal pain in the ass. Hang the plant until it gets bone dry before you start trying to get the seeds out. Good luck.
The way I would do it would be to start the pollen producer first, maybe a week before the plant receiving the pollen is started. In my experience the first week of pollen sacks opening usually don't have much pollen if any. I don't collect pollen and store it. I just shake the plant vigorously...
I'm looking to build a light that will cover 20 sq ft. I would like to use vero29 D cobs. This light will be for veg and flower. Can you recommend a sweet setup for this area please? I haven't read the whole thread yet so I apologize if this has already been covered. From what I have read so far...
I had a seed run fail when I starting spraying when I saw the plant start to flower. I have had success when I start spraying a week or two before they start to flower. This is with autos. I have never tried with a photo.
I use 50 ppm cs. I don't buy it with a higher ppm and dilute it. Typically around 3 weeks in veg I start spraying. I stop spraying when I clearly see sacs forming. I did have one run that didn't make sacs. I started spraying when I saw the plant start to flower, and it just would not turn. The...
Fingers crossed for pollen this run ice. I just completed an auto seed run that I started spraying cs 2 weeks before they started flowering. The 2 branches I sprayed did produce sacs that for the first week of sacs opening daily had no pollen. Then they started opening and drooping lots of...
What I do is remove the plant from the tent. Spray it and let it sit for 20 minutes before putting it back in the tent. I do this twice a day until I can clearly see sacks developing and then do not spray anymore. Now my 4 successful seed runs have been on autos. I start spraying select branches...
I have done 4 seed runs all successfull using 50 ppm CS. What I noticed every time was for the first week or so of pollen sacks opening there was no pollen. Each time I let the plant keep going and sure enough it eventually produced lots of pollen.
I just recently ordered from seedsman and the order would not go through until I called my bank and had them temporarily allow an international purchase.
