I have deformed/half looking new growth leafs I don't know if it's a big problem or how to deal with it any advice will be appreciated they are under a 300w led 4weeks in veg soil grow.its winter atm s0 I put my ducted air conditioning on 17degrees at night and I don't know if that is burning it

Yeah I just found out that do I just flush it out with water on my next water? Do you have any idea why my other plant is like that? I fim it then all the new growth grew like that

They feel like they are burned
