Where do i ask for some advise from our members regarding one of my plants

I also have a outdoor plant... Maybe 6 inches if not smaller but she is about 8 months old and I've been trying to get her through the whole budding period... She goes into budding, start forming trichomes but then like 2 weeks later the trichomes dies and also the soft buddings that started...

I have a beautiful plant at home also about 6 inches and she is now in her flowering stage for almost 5 months!,,, she keep staring to bud and then it all dies but then like a week later comes back again... I do live in south africa... where it is very hot temp. reach up to 36°C and higher Do...
