Hey there. I used the paper towel method, and got pretty decent results. I would throw the moist paper towels into a ziplock bag to keep the moisture. It would take about a week to start seeing the seeds pop. Hope this helps and good luck!

Not sure about tea-ing, but like you said probably not a good idea. I would suggest looking into foliar spraying more, cause I haven't foliar sprayed before, heh! I know I'm going to add dolomite lime to my soil mix next time, and suggest you look into this stuff too if you plan on staying...

Well you can actually PPM your water before you use it on your plants. I usually run 700-1000 PPM during mature stages of veg/flower. So the PPM pin does help me make sure I'm giving my girls enough nutes and/or not too much. There you go, that's a good idea. I vent into my attic as well...
