hello, im moving to oregon next week and i suffer from epilepsy. what is the fastest way to acquire a mmj card? i dont want to drive from chicago with a large amount, but i definately dont want to suffer a seizure when i am new to portland. any help is appreciated..

If i were living in Oregon, with a license to obtain MMJ.. would i be able to go to a dispensory in CA? I'm sure the answer is "no" with the legal issues.. but is this ever done?
