My First step has always been to finish a plant with water and adjust ph. 90% of the time it fixed it. In soil I would flush and adjust ph to 6.8 ph the drop it to 6.5 and keep it balanced at 6.5 if it stays good that works for me with several soils in the past. Hope this helps but if it is...
