A little tip I've found to be extremely useful to get bigger buds on smaller plants is to just pluck most of the smaller buds on the bottom as they really won't yield much anyway. This will allow the plant to focus it's energy to making the upper buds nice and big. Beautiful girl you have there...

My best guess would be Indica, due to the large fan leaves. Sativa tends to have thin "fingers" that make up the leaves. However, it could also be an Indica dominant hybrid. Either way, she's a beaut.
