Have you ever heard of using peroxide, superthrive, and seaweed

Hey does anyone know the recipe for a high female ratio germination for seeds? I was at a website and found this recipe but lost it. And it worked great. It consisted of superthrive, peroxide, and seaweed. I know what to add but dont know the correct amount.
