Ok thanks, the other problem is I want them to keep a small size. Do you think they will grow a lot if I change the pot? What do I do with the male?

About watering... I'm not always there so sometimes I find them all down cause they need watering, so I don't think that can be a problem, and if it was it would be not enough watering. But smallish pots could be... but now they are starting to flower, so I don't want to move them to a new one...

I've never tried to do so, but if you follow the botanic standings... If the leaves are completely gone but the buds are still there, when covering them with opac objects (like burying) will turn them to grow into roots, and if not into leaves. And about the bad leaves... It's not about removing...
